This is a project I worked on during my postgraduate NTI Gamer Camp course at Birmingham City University. As the very first game project I worked on, I had a wide range of Production and Design responsibilities that consisted in:

-
Small Team Management
-
Project Backlog Management
-
Sprint Planning
-
Scrum-master
-
QA and Usability Testing Planning
-
Music and SFX
-
V/O Outsourcing Management

As a Producer, I was responsible for managing a 9-people multi-disciplinary team through the application of Scrum, Agile and Waterfall methodologies over a 2-months-long production period. Throughout this period of time I created, managed and maintained the product Backlog, held the role of Scrum Master, planned sprint and held regular sprint review for Stakeholders. I was also responsible for planning QA and Usability testing and execution with a limited amount of resources, not having access to a dedicated QA department. Additionally, I managed and coordinated the outsourcing of V/O assets in collaboration with the Acting School at Birmingham City University.
As a Designer, I was responsible for finding and creating the entirety of audio assets for the game. Every level in the game was linked to a particular piece of the narrative, and I wanted that feeling, that uniqueness of each level to resonate in the background music as well. While all SFX are consistent throughout the game experience, each level features a custom background music, which sets the theme for each narrative event. From a jolly music early on, to the battle drums and dragon cave echoes later in the game.
